Until we have our own reviews, we are collecting publicly available consumer experiences with EU261 claims here in a general sense (a basis for comparing the market):

  • Consumentenbond reports that ~80% of eligible passengers never claim - often because they are unaware of the rules;
  • AirHelp Score 2024: the average success rate of claim agencies for delays of more than 3 hours is above 80%;
  • On escalation to the Dutch Inspectorate for the Environment and Transport (ILT), 90%+ of previously refused claims are still paid out.
