From flight check to payout, everything from one dashboard.
Check your flight
Enter flight number + date. We retrieve your live flight data (departure time, arrival time, delay, status) via the Aerodatabox API. Our EU261 engine immediately calculates whether you are entitled and how much.
Fill in the claim wizard
A 5-step wizard: your name, address, IBAN, delay details (PNR, ticket class, rebooking, cause), and optionally fellow passengers. Ends with a digital power of attorney (3 checkboxes + handwritten name confirmation).
We send claim letter to airline
After review, the system generates a deterministic EC261 letter from the recorded flight facts and rule version. We send it to the airline's claims address and replies appear in your case file.
Follow-up and country-specific escalation
If no response arrives, we send a neutral reminder. If the claim is refused, we first determine which national enforcement body or ADR entity is competent. Court proceedings are outside year one.
Payout to your IBAN
The airline pays you directly. Only after you confirm the amount actually received do we collect the 25% all-in success fee through the confirmed Stripe mandate.
