Enter flight number + date. We retrieve your live flight data (departure time, arrival time, delay, status) via the Aerodatabox API. Our EU261 engine immediately calculates whether you are entitled and how much.
Fill in the claim wizard
A 5-step wizard: your name, address, IBAN, delay details (PNR, ticket class, rebooking, cause), and optionally fellow passengers. Ends with a digital power of attorney (3 checkboxes + handwritten name confirmation).
We send claim letter to airline
Our AI generates a legally correct letter in your language which we email directly to the airline's claims address. Replies automatically appear in your dashboard.
Deadlines + automatic escalation
Airline doesn't respond within 6 weeks? Our scheduler automatically sends a letter of formal notice. Upon refusal, we escalate to the ILT and if necessary to the cantonal court - all with your power of attorney signature.
Payout to your IBAN
The airline pays directly to you (no intermediary account). Once you confirm receipt (or automatically after 30 days), we generate a Stripe invoice for 25% commission.
