ⓘ Our transparency promise
Many claim agencies display "5-star reviews" without a verifiable source. We do not. Only reviews that meet the following criteria appear on this page:
- verifiably linked to a real paid-out claim;
- written by the customer themselves after successful handling;
- submitted via Trustpilot or Google Reviews (external verification).
Independent experiences with EU261 claims
Until we have our own reviews, we are collecting publicly available consumer experiences with EU261 claims here in a general sense (a basis for comparing the market):
- Consumentenbond reports that ~80% of eligible passengers never claim - often because they are unaware of the rules;
- AirHelp Score 2024: the average success rate of claim agencies for delays of more than 3 hours is above 80%;
- On escalation to the Dutch Inspectorate for the Environment and Transport (ILT), 90%+ of previously refused claims are still paid out.
