FlightMoneyBack.eu is a Dutch claim handler for passenger rights under EU Regulation 261/2004. We work for consumers across Europe on one principle: you only pay once we have actually recovered money for you.
Our approach
The large claim agencies charge 30-35% commission. We run a tighter ship: 25% (incl. 21% VAT), fully transparent, no opaque handling fees or "express tariffs". Our service is built on our own FastAPI platform with automatic escalation to the Dutch Inspectorate for the Environment and Transport (ILT) on refusal.
Who is behind it?
FlightMoneyBack is a trading name of Twilper, a Dutch sole proprietorship (Dutch Chamber of Commerce) founded by Gert Snijder. Twilper builds various SaaS tools for consumers and SMEs, including Krants.nl (travel news and search engine for travellers).
In 2024, Gert experienced first-hand how a Turkish flight was delayed by 4 hours - €600 of EU261 compensation was due, and nobody mentioned it. After a successful claim of his own, the idea arose to automate this for others.
